On Sunday the 24 of 2011 I Went to the Chicago Oriental Museum. The day before I was in down town Chicago,and i was talking to a friend name M Stone. I hadn't seen in a while, we were talking about how Chicago was mecca. Also how the Chi in Chicago means mind, And the Ca in Chicago means soul. Shortly after that he said '' Hey you should go and see the Oriental Museum. In hyde park'',so the next day I went to go see it. I lucked out and went on free entrie Sunday.So there was no cost, and mostly the museum was about Ancient Isreal, And also Egypt. There were some pretty interesting things there to see , like a 17' tall statue of king Tutankhamen, also many sphinx and sculptures of animals. When we were finished I was finished I had stoped at a store inside the museum and bought a cuople of post cards. I had a great time. I'm planing on venturing there once again.
